On the final day of the User Conference, attendees took full advantage of educational sessions on topics that ranged from to workflow automation and content integration to how to motivate employees to try new approaches to daily tasks.

In the Change Management session, Vice President of Professional Services Brian Love shared lessons learned about inspiring user buy-in that were drawn from his real-world experience with hundreds of DocuWare implementations.

In Connected Content is Happy Content, Product Managers Christian Prantl and David Avino explained how to securely archive and index email to meet compliance standards and provide permissioned access to team members, auditors and others. The session also covered use of Smart Connect and how to set up preconfigurations for storing scanned and electronically captured documents.

In Secrets of the Jedi Masters, Director of Training Gary Sarlous and Inside Sales Director Robin Horner taught attendees shortcuts, tricks and UI optimizations for frequently used DocuWare features. They also covered how to get more from editing and viewing tools.

In addition to the sessions delivered by the DocuWare team, attendees learned from each other about new use cases. Dee Schmidt-Voight, Senior Specialist IT Analysis at Nationwide Insurance, explained that there’s no substitute for in-person networking. “It’s so valuable to talk with someone who does what you do, even when they’re in a different industry.”

Our attendees head home today to bring back what they learned to enhance use of DocuWare at their organizations. See all the conference photos on social media at #DocuWareUserConference.
